COULD BE A SWEET DREAM, OR A BEAUTIFUL NIGHTMARE!

Scooping a P10K prize is no joke. Much with
just 2 weeks left to conceptualize, and
rehearse. And the fact that it has been years
since the last time I performed in front
of a large audience and the thing that I fear
the most is having (as
one might say) the senior moment, so to speak.

First challenge: how can we make it a winning performance?
Yes, I can dance....once upon a time. The guys I recruited,
they dont even had the slightest idea what street jazz means
And I was not even sure if they can really dance, or perfom
in front of 300 employees of our company.

Second challenge: Wow! There will be no criteria for judging.
Whoever can do the ultimate amusement will win. Who cares if you're
talented? Boredom has no room. Any lazy moment will kill us.

Then there was the orange flash, a "ping" (as what we call it)
from a colleague, "James can do a magic show". What?
How can I incorporate that to our dance? That was the third
challenge. Hell! This is
one thing that can make the difference. We should grab the idea.
James and I were not friends, so I started in Facebook.
And the rest follows.

THE STORY:

Shan, tired after a long and hard day's work, sleeps and
dreams of a random guy, James, who's more of a Fabio with his long hair
The guy's aloof, but sometimes
responsive, which what makes Shan more crazy
about this man, and more fascinated with his magic
tricks. He was irresistible but somehow enchanted, just like
this world itself where confettis are coming from people's hands..
This signifies the idea of what Beyonce said: "It's basically saying that this
relationship is so wonderful that it scares me
... is it a sweet dream or beautiful nightmare?"

She was beginning to believe he's real. But he's only a tale.
A dream's made up story. Suddenly, non-fiction reality
comes, waking her up from a deep sleep. James was left behind

AFTER THE FACT

It was a messy performance. Poor coordination,
technical errors, it was just like one of our rehearsals!
But the audience were wild. For them it was like a Las Vegas
Show. It must be the magic show.
And we went home with the P10k.

Presenting! The first ever Brady Got Talent
Grand Champion----- The Fast Forward Dancers!
Shan, Jon, Luwi, Agnes, Jan, Jomari and Lovely, featuring James!
